We address you to inform you that it has been resolved to admit the use of movable sheet systems to maintain the Register of Documented Import Credits referred to in point 1 of Chapter XIX of Circular REMON - 1. Attached is the sheet that corresponds to be incorporated into the cited Chapter, in replacement of the one previously provided. We greet you very respectfully. Circular SUBJECTS NOT INCLUDED IN OTHER LEGISLATION RUNOR - 1 XIX - Register of Documented Import Credits

1. General Rule.
   To facilitate the verifications on the matter carried out by Central Bank staff, financial entities authorized to operate in foreign currency will enable a "Register of Documented Import Credits," according to the following model, where they will record in chronological and numerical order the applications and openings of such credits. This register shall be kept in bound and paginated books or through movable sheet systems with correlated numbering signed by the area manager, and must be kept updated and fully integrated, without prejudice to the incorporation of other information deemed of interest.
