This circular updates the Consolidated Text for Submission of Information to the Central Bank in response to Decree 953/24, which dissolved the Federal Administration of Public Incomes (AFIP) and created the Revenue and Customs Control Agency (ARCA). It mandates that financial entities, fiduciaries, reciprocal guarantee societies, public guarantee funds, and non-financial credit providers replace specific pages in their reporting designs to reflect the new ARCA taxpayer registry.
