Circular RUNOR 1-1909: Submission of Information to the Central Bank - Partial Rectifications
The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic issued Communication 'A' 8279 to require financial entities, non-financial credit providers, and related platforms to submit partial rectifications using designated text files (RECTPARC.TXT or RECTPARCSF.TXT) via the official portal. The updated Section 61 sheet mandates specific formatting rules—including ANSI-1252 encoding, semicolon separators, and designated regime codes (00002 with requirements 00005, 00011, or 00012)—and limits submissions to one daily file containing up to 250 records. These modifications apply to all reports processed from July 28, 2025, onward.
