Circular RUNOR 1-1970: Implementation of Digital Signature in Procedures Managed Before the Current Accounts Management
Effective November 1, 2026, financial entities and exchange operators must submit applications for current and demand accounts, claims, and contingency connectivity requests to the Current Accounts Management using digital signatures established in Law 25.506. Submissions must be routed through the IDEAR system for those with access, or via email to ctas.ctes@bcra.gob.ar for exchange operators without IDEAR access. Entities utilizing the Electronic Document Management System (GDE) with authorized signatories may use the signature generated within that system. Paper submissions with handwritten signatures are permitted only exceptionally in cases of system unavailability.
