The Central Bank of the Republic Argentina establishes that the guarantee deposit for price bidding equals 4% of the certified debt value and mandates the rejection of all pending debtor proposals for cancellation, settlement, or discounts that fall under this regime. Additionally, the initiation and continuation of pending collection actions are suspended from the circular's effective date until July 1, 1992, unless failure to act within this period results in the statute of limitations or expiration of the instance in favor of the debtor. These measures apply to financial entities in liquidation and deassigned assets.
