We address ourselves to you and through you to the interested sectors, for the purpose of communicating to you that this Bank, through Board Resolution No. 248 dated June 10, 1992 has resolved:

"1- To extend until July 31, 1992 the date fixed in point 1 of Board Resolution No. 229/92 for the re- ception of offers and opening of envelopes containing the pro- posals related to the Price Contest approved me- chanism by Board Resolution No. 108/92. 2- To extend until August 31, 1992 the date established in point 2 of Resolution No. 229/92."
