Circular SINAP 1-250: Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures. Update.

This update revises the consolidated text on Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures by replacing previously provided pages with new provisions effective July 22, 2026. It authorizes INTERBANKING, CVSA, ACyRSA, and MAV to act as managers for electronic checks and electronic credit invoices for small and medium enterprises, and permits CVSA to custody these instruments for negotiation in markets authorized by the National Securities Commission. The regulation mandates that specific systemically important financial market infrastructures, including MEP, INTERBANKING, COELSA, Red Link SA, Newpay SAU, CRYL, CVSA, ACyRSA, and MAV, comply with these principles within a comprehensive periodic review framework.
