Circular Special Services - SERVI 1 - 6. Collection of contributions for the National Housing Fund (Laws No. 21,581 and 23,060)

Commercial banks and the National Mortgage Bank, through head offices, parent companies and branches, must collect National Housing Fund contributions, detail them as "FO.NA.VI.", accept checks or money orders only at paying offices, and use special three-part forms. Branches transfer net totals daily to head offices using model "A" schedules, deducting the commission; head offices consolidate via model "B" and deposit daily at the National Mortgage Bank using model "C". Banks may not charge commission on their own contributions.
