We address you, and through you to the interested sectors, to inform you that this Bank, in accordance with the authorization granted by Decree No. 1,335 of November 26, 1982, has decided to issue the 5th series of "Monetary Absorption Bond" with adjustments to the characteristics, conditions, and modalities made known through Communication "A" 278 of January 26, 1983 (Circular TINAC -1- 10; CAMEX-1-47) sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, except for those listed below:

1 - Name: "Monetary Absorption Bond - 5th Series".
2 - Issuance date: December 1, 1983.
3 - Term: 5 years.
4 - Issuance amount: It will be the result of the deposits referred to in Article 2 of Decree 1,335/82, made by investors whose foreign exchange insurance policies mature between December 1, 1983, and February 29, 1984. 5 - Income and amortization services: Interest will be paid on December 1 and June 1 of each year, with the first income service operating on June 1, 1984. Amortization will take effect on the aforementioned dates, with the payment of the 1st installment taking place on December 1, 1985.
