The MFSA grants a one-month extension for the submission of Supervisory Reporting modules with remittance dates between March 2020 and May 2020 to Significant Institutions, Less Significant Institutions, and foreign branches in Malta. This delay excludes the LCR and ALMM modules, for which original regulatory deadlines remain in force, while Funding Plans receive a two-month extension. The circular also specifies that the ITS on Supervisory Reporting v2.9 framework continues to apply and outlines procedures for handling invalid submissions and resubmissions.
