Credit institutions must comply with revised EBA Filing Rules 1.6 and 3.6, requiring XBRL submissions to always include a filing indicator for all templates and moving the IND/CON extension to the entity level. The revised Filing Rule 1.6 becomes a requirement for all submissions and resubmissions as of 1 January 2023, while the revised Filing Rule 3.6 applies to submissions with a reference date from 31 December 2022 onwards. Additionally, the document notes that the EBA has published a feasibility study report on an integrated reporting system, for which no immediate action is required by credit institutions.
