The MFSA introduces an online Whitepaper Registration Form for VFA Agents and applicants registering whitepapers under the Virtual Financial Assets Act. The form requires completion of entity details, asset information, and fee declarations, with a guidance note forthcoming to assist submissions. Additionally, the final version of the Financial Instrument Test is issued, and the Glossary of Terms is amended to include definitions such as 'offer of virtual financial assets to the Public' and 'Systems Auditor'. Regarding systems auditors, issuers are not required to appoint individuals registered with the Malta Digital Innovation Authority but must ensure they meet competence criteria set out in MDIA guidelines.
