Circular to Licence Holders on the MFSA’s Licence Holder Corporate Profile – An Update
The MFSA has enhanced its systems to allow Licence Holders to submit resignation requests for Directorship roles via the MFSA LH Portal Corporate Profile. Licence Holders must now follow all procedures outlined in the Guidelines and Procedures, specifically Section 3.5 regarding the resignation of an involvement, and indicate any regulatory implications for such resignations. Licensed entities remain responsible for ensuring that all data in the Corporate Profile is properly maintained and up to date at all times.
