Circular to Persons Authorised in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act – Updating of Information contained on MFSA’s Licence Holder Corporate Profile
The Malta Financial Services Authority issued this circular to address issues where authorized persons were missing communications due to outdated data on their corporate profiles. It reminds these entities of their obligation under a June 2020 circular to ensure all details, including contact information and involvements, are kept current.
