Circular to Persons Involved in DLT Asset Activity and Services
The MFSA published a form for a Data Collection Exercise regarding DLT asset activity and services in or from within Malta, open until Friday, 28 September 2018. The same form serves as the mandatory notification mechanism for Article 62 of the Virtual Financial Assets Act. Persons not yet commenced operations but planning to do so before the Act's coming into force must use this form to notify the Authority upon commencement, no later than the date the Act comes into force.
