Circular to Specialized Finance Companies and Mortgage Refinancing Companies - Extension of Compliance Deadline
The Central Bank of Jordan extends the compliance deadline for specialized finance companies and mortgage refinancing companies to meet the requirements of Article 20(b) of Finance Companies Law No. 107 of 2021. The new deadline for compliance is set until January 12, 2025. This directive applies specifically to the aforementioned entity types under the authority of the Central Bank of Jordan.
