Circular to VFA Agents in relation to Reporting Obligations
The Malta Financial Services Authority issued a circular announcing the immediate effectiveness of a revised Rulebook for Virtual Financial Asset Agents. This revision introduces new reporting obligations under Sub-section 9 of Section 2 of Title 3, requiring agents to submit an Annual Return by 30 September 2020.
