Circular to VFA Service Providers on the Provision of Services Through Internet Sites
Virtual Financial Assets Licence Holders must ensure their internet sites display specific warnings and disclaimers in the same browser format as the rest of the site, clearly distinguish between licensed and unlicensed services, and include the holder's name, address, contact details, and a complaints handling procedure. The Compliance Officer of each Licence Holder is designated as the main point of contact with the MFSA regarding the internet site, and the Licence Holder assumes full responsibility for all information displayed. Licence Holders are required to implement these changes by no later than 1 month from the publication of this circular.
