Clarification Note to the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/655/2016 Regarding the Federal Property Known as Ex-Agricultural Promoter
This Clarification Note corrects the surface area of the federal property known as Ex-Agricultural Promoter in Comondú, Baja California Sur, from 475.00 square meters to 287.6250 square meters and updates its boundary measurements. It also corrects the property's registration data within the Federal and Parastatal Real Estate Inventory System to ensure legal certainty for interested parties. The note enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
