Clarification of Submission Deadlines for FDI, PSED, and PI Returns
The document clarifies the submission deadlines for Inward Foreign Direct Investment returns (Form FI-1) and Rationalised Input Templates (RITs) as defined in STD Circular No. 03 dated May 12, 2014. All FDI Enterprises must submit Form FI-1 and supporting documents to their reporting Authorized Dealer Banks within one month following the reference quarter. Reporting Authorized Dealer Banks are required to submit the related RITs via web-portal and hard copies of the FDI Reporting Forms to Bangladesh Bank within one month and 15 days following the reference quarter.
