Clarification to the text of Amending Circular 1/22 of the Single Insurance and Sureties Circular of January 3, 2022, published on January 11, 2022
This clarification corrects the text of Amending Circular 1/22 to designate the added Transitional Provisions as the 85th and 86th instead of the 84th and 85th. It confirms that authorizations for Natural Person Agents and Attorneys-in-fact of Legal Entity Agents remain valid until September 30, 2022, resuming renewal deadlines suspended in March 2020. Additionally, authorizations for Provisional Agents extended by Circular 3/21 remain valid until March 31, 2022.
