Clarifying Note to the Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime with Folios DSRDPF/134/2017 to DSRDPF/152/2017 Regarding Federal Properties Dated 23 March 2018 Published 3 April 2018
This clarifying note corrects the year in the folio numbers of the Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime dated 23 March 2018, changing them from 2017 to 2018 for folios DSRDPF/134 through DSRDPF/152. The correction applies to federal properties identified by specific Federal Real Estate Registry (R.F.I.) numbers established in the original declaration, such as 9-3206-0, 10-4580-1, and 12-19523-6. The instrument enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on 28 February 2024.
