CMN Resolution No. 3118 — Amends Article 1, Item II, of Resolution No. 3,011 of August 16, 2002

RESOLUTION NO. 003118

Amends Item II of Article 1 of Resolution No. 3,011, of August 16, 2002, which establishes conditions for the granting of financing by the Union to the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), in the manner provided for in Article 2 of Law No. 10,595, of December 11, 2002.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the MONETARY COUNCIL, in a session held on August 27, 2003, having regard to the provisions of Section 2 of Article 2 of Law No. 10,595, of December 11, 2002,

RESOLVED:

Article 1. Amend Item II of Article 1 of Resolution No. 3,011, of August 16, 2002, which shall henceforth read as follows:

"II - term: up to seven years."

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
