CMN Resolution No. 3275 — Granting Additional Maturity for Investment Operations Supported by BNDES Finame Agrícola Especial Resources

RESOLUTION No. 003275

Dispenses on granting an additional term for investment operations supported by resources administered by the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) - Finame Agrícola Especial.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF BRAZIL, in accordance with Article 9 of Law 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the MONETARY COUNCIL, in a session held on March 23, 2005, considering the provisions of Article 4, item VI, of the aforementioned law, Articles 4 and 14 of Law 4,829 of November 5, 1965, and Article 5 of Law 10,186 of February 12, 2001,

RESOLVED:

Article 1. Admit the granting of a new maturity date, in accordance with MCR 2-6-9, for installments due and to become due in 2005, relating to investment operations formalized under the support of resources administered by the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) - Finame Agrícola Especial, under the same conditions established in Article 2 of Resolution 3,269 of March 17, 2005.

Article 2. This resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
