Rule · BCB · 22 Jun 2021 · Resolução CMN 4917
Financial institutions may fulfill the MCR 6-2 rural credit requirement via investment operations contracted between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. Demand resource operations must not exceed 3.6% of total exigibility, while other operations must not exceed 2.4%. These balances compute toward MCR 6-2 exigibility until liquidation but cannot satisfy Pronamp or Pronaf sub-exigibilities. This resolution replaces transitional norms from CMN Resolution No. 4,901 and enters into force on July 1, 2021.
