RESOLUTION
CMN NO. 4,931, OF JULY 29, 2021

Revokes the Resolutions of the National Monetary Council Nos. 3,243, of October 28, 2004, 3,758, of July 9, 2009, 4,223, of June 12, 2013, 4,273, of October 16, 2013, and 4,393, of December 19, 2014, in compliance with Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on July 29, 2021, based on the provisions of Articles 3, item V, 4, items VI, VIII, IX, and XXII, 22, paragraph 1, and 23 of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, Article 2 of Law No. 10,998, of December 15, 2004, Articles 33 and 34 of Law No. 11,977, of July 7, 2009, paragraphs 3 and 9 of Article 6 of Law No. 12,793, of April 2, 2013, Articles 2, paragraphs 5 and 6, and 3, paragraph 2 of Law No. 12,868, of October 15, 2013, and Articles 5, 7, and 8 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The following are revoked:

I - Resolution No. 3,243, of October 28, 2004;

II - Resolution No. 3,758, of July 9, 2009;

III - Resolution No. 4,223, of June 12, 2013;

IV - Resolution No. 4,273, of October 16, 2013; and

V - Resolution No. 4,393, of December 19, 2014.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on September 1, 2021.
