R E S O L V E D:
Art. 1. Articles 10, 17, and 20 of the Regulation Annexed to Resolution No. 1,660 of October 26, 1989, shall enter into force with the following wording:

§ 1. Special auctions for the conversion of investment certificates shall be held on Stock Exchanges, upon request by operating banks.

II - the publication, in the bulletin or official organ of the Stock Exchanges, of information regarding the dissemination provided for in item I of this article, with the documents remaining available for interested parties to consult for a minimum period of 90 (ninety) days.

“Art. 20. The financial statements of the Funds are subject to the Accounting Plan for Regional Investment Funds (Cofir) issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
§ 1. The financial statements referred to in the caput must be audited by an independent auditor registered with the CVM.
§ 2. The financial statements accompanied by the explanatory notes and the report of the independent auditor, within 90 (ninety) days after the close of the civil year to which they refer, must be:
I - published in newspapers intended for the dissemination of information related to the Fund; and
