CMN Resolution No. 4165 — Amends the Contracting Deadline for Special Credit Lines with Resources from the Northeast Constitutional Financing Fund (FNE)

This resolution amends Article 1, item VIII, of Resolution No. 4,075 and Resolution No. 4,076, both dated May 4, 2012, to set the contracting deadline for special credit lines using resources from the Northeast Constitutional Financing Fund (FNE) until February 28, 2013. The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on December 20, 2012, considering the provisions of Article 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595 of 1964, Articles 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829 of November 5, 1965, and § 4 of Article 8-A of Law No. 10,177 of January 12, 2001,

R E S O L V E D:

Article 1. Item VIII of Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,075 of May 4, 2012, shall be effective with the following wording:

“VIII - contracting deadline: until February 28, 2013;” (NR)

Article 2. Item VIII of Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,076 of May 4, 2012, shall be effective with the following wording:

“VIII - contracting deadline: until February 28, 2013;” (NR)

Article 3. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
