CMN Resolution No. 4185 — Amending Resolution No. 4,170 of December 20, 2012, Establishing Conditions for Contracting Financing Subsidized by Laws No. 12,096 and 12,409

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on January 31, 2013, based on Article 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595 of 1964, paragraph 6 of Article 1 of Law No. 12,096 of November 24, 2009, and paragraph 5 of Article 4 of Law No. 12,409 of May 25, 2011,

R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,170 of December 20, 2012, shall be amended as follows:

“Article 1. ............................................

Paragraph 5. The deadline for contracting the operations shall be until December 31, 2013.

Paragraph 6. The operations reimbursed by the BNDES in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 11 of Article 1 of Law No. 12,096 of November 24, 2009, shall become part of the total financing referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, respectively classified in each subprogram.” (NR)

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
