CMN Resolution No. 4328 Amending Resolution No. 4.170 of December 20, 2012 Regarding Economic Subsidy Financing Conditions Under Law No. 12.096 of November 24, 2009

The Central Bank of Brazil, pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 4.595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in an extraordinary session held on April 25, 2014, based on Article 4, item VI, of Law No. 4.595 of 1964, and Article 1, § 6, of Law No. 12.096 of November 24, 2009,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Article 1 of Resolution No. 4.170 of December 20, 2012, shall be effective with the following wording:

“Article 1 .........................................................

I - Subprogram “Buses and Trucks”:

c) resource limit: up to R$108,617,600,000.00 (one hundred and eight billion, six hundred and seventeen million and six hundred thousand reais);

III - Subprogram “Capital Goods – Other Items”:

c) resource limit: up to R$119,390,000,000.00 (one hundred and nineteen billion, three hundred and ninety million reais);

XIV - Subprograms “Proengenharia/Innovation Production”:

c) resource limit: up to R$4,300,000,000.00 (four billion and three hundred million reais);

XVI - Subprogram “Transformers”:

c) resource limit: up to R$5,325,000,000.00 (five billion, three hundred and twenty-five million reais);

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
