The Central Bank of Brazil, pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on August 28, 2014, considering the provisions of Article 4, item VIII, of the aforementioned Law, and Article 1, paragraph 1, of Complementary Law No. 130 of April 17, 2009,

RESOLVES:

Article 1 Single credit cooperatives must prepare and send to the Central Bank of Brazil the document Member Information, containing data regarding their members and, where applicable, their legal or conventional representatives.

Article 2 The Central Bank of Brazil will regulate the procedures to be observed in the preparation and submission of information, including provisions regarding the format, frequency, deadline, content, and conditions for such submission.

Article 3 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
