CMN Resolution No. 4374 — Amending Resolution No. 4,170 of December 20, 2012, Establishing Conditions for Contracting Financing Subject to Economic Subsidy under Law No. 12,096 of November 24, 2009

The Central Bank of Brazil, pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on September 25 and 29, 2014, based on Article 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595 of 1964, and Article 1, § 6, of Law No. 12,096 of November 24, 2009,

R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. Sub-item 'a' of item XIX of Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,170 of December 20, 2012, shall be effective with the following wording:

“a) beneficiaries: cereal companies, with headquarters and administration in Brazil, that cumulatively perform the activities of drying, cleaning, standardizing, storing, and marketing in natura plant-origin products; and wheat milling industries, with headquarters and administration in Brazil, that perform activities of storing in natura wheat grains;” (NR)

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
