Rule · BCB · 30 May 2019 · Resolução CMN 4722
The Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) must amend its statute to require Executive Board candidates to hold senior management roles for at least two years and to engage specialized recruitment firms at the FGC’s expense. Additionally, if FGC liquidity hits its maximum limit without the Fund reaching its target, the applicable percentage must be set to 100%. These changes replace Annex I and II of Resolution No. 4,222 of May 23, 2013, and the Resolution enters into force upon publication.
