CMN Resolution No. 4764 — Amends Resolution No. 4,222, of May 23, 2013, to adjust the additional contribution of institutions associated with the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC)

RESOLUTION NO. 4,764, OF NOVEMBER 27, 2019

Amends Resolution No. 4,222, of May 23, 2013, to adjust the additional contribution of institutions associated with the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC).

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it known that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on November 27, 2019, based on Arts. 3, item VI, and 4, item VIII, of the aforementioned Law, and taking into account the provisions of § 1 of Art. 28 of Complementary Law No. 101, of May 4, 2000,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1 Resolution No. 4,222, of May 23, 2013, shall be amended as follows:

§ 1 The monthly additional contribution shall be calculated according to the following formula:

I - CA = Additional Contribution;
II - VR = Reference Value;
III - PLA = Adjusted Net Worth; and

§ 4 The additional contribution shall be collected starting from July 2020.
§ 5 The provisions of items II, III, and IV of Art. 6 shall apply to the additional contribution.” (NR)
