Consolidates the normative acts that define the remuneration of financial institutions for the services of economic-financial feasibility analysis of financing projects contracted with resources from the Constitutional Financing Funds of the Central-West, the Northeast and the North, and expressly revokes resolutions already tacitly revoked, in compliance with Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it known that the Monetary Council, in a session held on July 29, 2021, based on the provisions of art. 18 of Law No. 12,712, of August 30, 2012, art. 15, § 1, of Law No. 7,827, of September 27, 1989, arts. 1 and 8-A, § 4, of Law No. 10,177, of January 12, 2001, and arts. 5, 7 and 8 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,
R E S O L V E D:
Art. 1 In operations contracted with resources from the Constitutional Financing Funds of the North (FNO), the Northeast (FNE) and the Central-West (FCO), governed by Law No. 7,827, of September 27, 1989, the following percentages shall be charged from applicants, as remuneration for the banks administering these resources in the event of providing services of economic-financial feasibility analysis of projects in the productive sector in the industrial, agro-industrial, infrastructure, tourism, culture, commerce and services branches:
I - up to 0.5% (five tenths percent) of the value of the financing operation up to R$15,000.00 (fifteen thousand reais);
II - up to 0.75% (seventy-five hundredths percent) of the value of the financing operation above R$15,000.00 (fifteen thousand reais) up to R$200,000.00 (two hundred thousand reais);
III - up to 1.00% (one percent) of the value of the financing operation above R$200,000.00 (two hundred thousand reais) up to R$1,000,000.00 (one million reais);
IV - up to 1.25% (one whole and twenty-five hundredths percent) of the value of the financing operation above R$1,000,000.00 (one million reais), limited to R$500,000.00 (five hundred thousand reais).
Art. 2 The following are revoked:
I - Resolution No. 4,149, of October 25, 2012;
II - Resolution No. 4,181, of January 7, 2013;
III - Resolution No. 4,288, of November 22, 2013;
IV - Resolution No. 4,297, of December 30, 2013;
V - Resolution No. 4,304, of January 20, 2014;
VI - Resolution No. 4,324, of April 25,
2014;
VII - Resolution No. 4,387, of December 18, 2014;
VIII - Resolution No. 4,395, of December 30, 2014;
IX - Resolution No. 4,423, of June 25,
2015;
X - Resolution No. 4,452, of December 17, 2015;
XI - Resolution No. 4,465, of February 25, 2016;
XII - Resolution No. 4,470, of March 14, 2016;
XIII - Resolution No. 4,542, of December 21, 2016; and
XIV - Resolution No. 4,561, of March 31, 2017.
Art. 3 This Resolution enters into force on September 1, 2021.
