Explicitly revokes normative acts already implicitly repealed, whose effects have already expired in time or are in force, whose necessity or whose meaning could not be identified, in compliance with Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on March 24, 2022, considering the provisions of Arts. 5, 6, item I, 7, item I, and 8 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,
R E S O L V E S:
Art. 1. The following are revoked:
I - Resolution No. 454, of November 16, 1977;
II - Resolution No. 1,190, of September 17, 1986;
III - Resolution No. 1,197, of September 25, 1986;
IV - Resolution No. 1,261, of January 28, 1987;
V - Resolution No. 1,517, of September 21, 1988;
VI - Resolution No. 1,645, of October 6, 1989;
VII - Resolution No. 1,657, of October 26, 1989;
VIII - Resolution No. 1,907, of February 26, 1992;
IX - Resolution No. 1,945, of July 29, 1992;
X - Resolution No. 2,690, of January 28, 2000;
XI - Resolution No. 2,709, of March 30, 2000;
XII - Resolution No. 2,774, of August 30, 2000;
XIII - Resolution No. 2,785, of October 18, 2000;
XIV - Resolution No. 2,819, of February 22, 2001; and
XV - CMN Resolution No. 2,873, of July 26, 2001.
Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on May 2, 2022.
