CMN Resolution No. 5,026 amends the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) to establish financial charges for rural financing using Constitutional Financing Funds for the period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. It updates the methodology for calculating Rural Interest Rates (TRFC) for the Center-West (FCO), Northeast (FNE), and North (FNO) funds, specifying program factors and interest rate caps based on annual gross revenue and operation type. The resolution also introduces a rule that if the post-TRFC yields a negative result due to the Monetary Adjustment Factor (FAM), it is considered zero for charge calculations. These changes apply to rural credit operations contracted within the specified period.
