CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,048, OF NOVEMBER 25, 2022

Revokes normative acts already tacitly revoked or whose effects have expired over time.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes it public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on November 24, 2022, based on Article 4, items VI and VIII, of the aforementioned Law, and considering the provisions of Article 1, sole paragraph, combined with Article 14, § 3, item I, of Complementary Law No. 95 of February 26, 1998, and Article 8 of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019,

R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. The following are revoked:

I - Articles 4 and 5 of Resolution No. 1,775 of December 6, 1990;

II - Article 1 of Resolution No. 4,691 of October 29, 2018;

III - Article 25-A of Resolution No. 4,676 of July 31, 2018;

IV - Resolution No. 4,739 of August 19, 2019; and

V - Resolution No. 4,819 of May 29, 2020.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on January 1, 2023.
