CMN Resolution No. 5,068 amends the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) to set financing limits for singular cooperatives under the National Program to Strengthen Family Agriculture (Pronaf). It establishes a maximum limit of R$30,000,000.00 per cooperative, with a per-associate cap of R$90,000.00 for members holding active DAP or CAF-Pronaf documents. The resolution restricts these benefits to cooperatives where at least 75% of active participants are Pronaf beneficiaries and at least 55% of the production involved originates from such cooperators. These provisions apply exclusively to family agriculture cooperatives as defined by Law No. 11,326 of 2006.
