CMN Resolution No. 5,074 — Adjusts Rules for the Moderagro Program in the Rural Credit Manual

CMN RESOLUTION
NO. 5,074, OF MAY 18, 2023

Adjusts rules in the Program for the Modernization of Agriculture and Conservation of Natural Resources (Moderagro), as provided for in Section 4 of Chapter 11 (Programs with BNDES Resources) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR).

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on May 18, 2023, considering the provisions of Article 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, and Articles 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829, of November 5, 1965,

R E S O L V E D:

Art. 1. Section 4 (Program for the Modernization of Agriculture and Conservation of Natural Resources – Moderagro) of Chapter 11 (Programs with BNDES Resources) of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR) shall enter into force with the following alterations:

V - support soil recovery through financing for the acquisition, transport, application, and incorporation of agricultural correctives;
