CMN Resolution No. 5,337 — Amends CMN Resolution No. 5,304, of May 20, 2026, to extend reimbursement term and maximum value of financiable automobiles under financing lines in art. 2 of Provisional Measure No. 1,359
This resolution amends Article 5 of CMN Resolution No. 5,304, of May 20, 2026, to establish a reimbursement term of up to eighty-four months, including up to six months of grace period for principal. It further sets the maximum value of the financed automobile at up to R$200,000.00 (two hundred thousand reais) within the scope of the financing lines referred to in art. 2 of Provisional Measure No. 1,359. The resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
