CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,002, OF MARCH 24, 2022

Revokes normative acts already tacitly revoked, whose effects have expired over time, or whose necessity or meaning cannot be identified.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on March 24, 2022, based on Article 4, items V, VI, and VIII, of the aforementioned Law, Article 1, paragraph 5, of Law No. 11,882 of December 23, 2008, and Article 6 of Law No. 11,908 of March 3, 2009, and considering the provisions of Articles 5, 7, and 8 of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The following are revoked:

I - Resolution No. 3,622 of October 9, 2008;

II - Resolution No. 3,624 of October 16, 2008;

III - Resolution No. 3,631 of October 30, 2008;

IV - Resolution No. 3,633 of November 3, 2008;

V - Resolution No. 3,683 of January 29, 2009;

VI - Resolution No. 3,691 of March 23, 2009;

VII - Resolution No. 3,707 of April 8, 2009;

VIII - Resolution No. 3,715 of April 16, 2009; and

IX - CMN Resolution No. 4,941 of August 26, 2021.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on May 2, 2022.
