CMN RESOLUTION
NO. 5,012, OF MARCH 24, 2022
Revokes Article 1 of Resolution No. 1,764, of October 31, 1990, which authorized the execution of agreements for the provision of services.
The Central Bank of Brazil, under the terms of Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on March 24, 2022, based on Article 4, item VIII, of the aforementioned Law, and taking into account the provisions of Article 1, sole paragraph, combined with Article 14, § 3, item I, of Law Complementary No. 95, of February 26, 1998, in Article 47 of Decree No. 9,191, of November 1, 2017, and in Article 8 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,
R E S O L V E D :
Article 1. The following are revoked:
I - Article 1 of
Resolution No. 1,764, of October 31, 1990; and
II - Resolution No.
1,865, of September 5, 1991.
Article 2. This Resolution enters into force
on May 2, 2022.
