The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the Monetary National Council, in a session held on April 28, 2022, considering the provisions of Arts. 5, 6, item I, 7, item II-A, and 8, item II, of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,

R E S O L V E D:

Art. 1. Resolution No. 437, of July 20, 1977, is revoked.

Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on June 1, 2022.
