Expressly Revokes Resolution No. 254 of March 15, 1973, in compliance with Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on July 21, 2022, considering the provisions of Articles 5, 7, and 8 of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Resolution No. 254 of March 15, 1973, is hereby revoked.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on August 1, 2022.
