CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,084, OF JUNE 29, 2023

Adjusts standards of the Price Guarantee Program for Family Agriculture (PGPAF), within the scope of the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture (Pronaf).

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the Monetary National Council, in a session held on June 29, 2023, in accordance with Articles 4, item VI, of Law No. 4,595, of 1964, 4 and 14 of Law No. 4,829, of November 5, 1965, 3, § 3, of Law No. 11,326, of July 24, 2006, and Decree No. 5,996, of December 20, 2006,

R E S O L V E D:

Art. 1. The price guarantees contained in Table 2 - Current price guarantees on custeio and investment operations of Annex I - Tables of price guarantees for products covered by the Price Guarantee Program for Family Agriculture (PGPAF) of Section 15 (Price Guarantee Program for Family Agriculture – PGPAF) of Chapter 10 (National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture – Pronaf) of the Manual of Rural Credit (MCR), as attached to this Resolution, are approved.

Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on July 10, 2023.
