2024-12-19 | Resolução CMN 5192Added · Updated
Institutions or their agents must notify the Proex Financial Agent of disqualified operations within sixty days of the scheduled shipment or invoicing date, canceling the NTN-I and reimbursing the Union with Selic interest. Partial exports result in proportional disqualification, and exporters causing over 15% disqualification face a five-year ban on new Proex operations. This amends CMN Resolution No. 4,897 of March 25, 2021, entering into force upon publication.
