Proagro loss verification agents conducting partial loss inspections for high-severity events must document enterprise status using at least three color photos per visit. These images must show adverse effects and harvested samples with adequate resolution and angle, include reference points with a farmer or representative present, and utilize technology verifying capture within the classified area’s geodetic coordinates. This single-inspection procedure applies only when these conditions are cumulatively met. The resolution replaces Article 1, Section 4 of Chapter 12 of the Rural Credit Manual and enters into force on July 1, 2026.
