CMN Resolution No. 5333 — Amends CMN Resolution No. 5.326 of July 3, 2026, regarding the reimbursable credit line under Provisional Measure No. 1.373 of June 29, 2026
This resolution amends CMN Resolution No. 5.326 to require that participating institutions fund 30% of the credit operations for the Desenrola Adimplentes program using their own resources. It also updates the calculation method for applicable interest rates by converting remuneration and financial charges into factors and multiplying them. Additionally, it revokes the previous paragraph 2 of article 2 of Resolution No. 5.326. These changes apply to participating institutions acting as creditors under the program and enter into force on the date of publication.
