The President of the Central African Banking Commission,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/01,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/02,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/03,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/04,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/05,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/06,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/07,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/10,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/11,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-93/13,
Having regard to COBAC Regulation R-96/01,

HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1..- Credit institutions must transmit to the Central African Banking Commission the information necessary for the preparation of regulatory statements with monthly or quarterly periodicity, in accordance with the provisions set out in the manual attached to this instruction and forming an integral part thereof.
Article 2..- The collection, processing and reporting manual for Banks and financial institutions of the regulatory states (CERBER) includes:

Article 3..- This instruction shall enter into force on April 1, 2000.
Article 4..- COBAC Instructions I-93/01 to I-93/13, I-99/01 and I-99/02 are hereby repealed as of the date of entry into force of this instruction.
